What About the Sun?

Hi! Dylan here. This past week I was in St. Thomas on vacation. When we landed I looked out the window and noticed there were solar panels up and down the side of the runway. I looked up what solar panels do and found out that Solar power is an energy source that we are missing our chance on. It is the most efficient power recourse in the world and hardly anyone has used it. Instead of running furnaces we can use solar energy to create heat and electricity. St. Thomas has realized solar power's potential and is now running one of the largest solar projects in the Caribbean. The solar panels now run 15-20% of the airport's power consumption.
