Obama's solution to global warming

Obama is going to take a part in preventing global warming! He announced plans on June 25 to limit the amount of carbon that fossil fuel companies can dump in the air. There is no law yet but hopefully it will pass soon. His speech included points like this: we limit the amount of toxic chemicals in our air and water, but power plants can still dump unlimited amounts of carbon pollution into our air for free.
